SHIPPING
Due to COVID shipping process is a bit slower, Please keep in mind that i am a High School student-athlete so please give me 1-3 days to a week to ship out your order. If special instructions are needed please contact me via email or Instagram DM's! if there is a problem with shipping on your order I will contact you and we can have the problem resolved. I am not responsible after your order has been shipped. It will fall under USPS care and unfortunately I cant do anything about it. CUSTOM ORDERS
I love doing custom orders so much! I put my time ,effort and resources to create your custom piece. To reserve a custom order spot a fee of $5 must be purchased to reserve your spot. Please do not place custom orders if you are not 100% in purchasing!. If a custom order is cancelled last minute your $5 deposit will not be refunded.so please be mindful! Please give me about 1-2 weeks to finish your custom order these usually take longer than my usual orders. I am a full time High School senior and student athlete so my time is a lot limited than before, I try to open my custom slots as much as possible. ORDER PICK UP
For pick up orders it is mandatory that you please wear a mask!!! we are in a pandemic and I would really appreciate it for your safety and mine to please wear a mask<3. Please do not place orders if you do not have the correct amount of money! I will not negotiate last minute so please have the right amount of money or you will not receive your order. I have a limit of order pick up cancellations You can only cancel order pick up 3 times after that I will only take your specific order online. it wastes my time and effort and I hope you can understand <3 regarding order payments I take cash and I also take Venmo/PayPal/CashApp/Zelle and you can also pay me through my website !
RETURNS
You will have 30 days to return your item. If your item is damaged you will have the choice of either a refund or a fix. Please contact me via email or Instagram DM's to issue your refund or fix.
